Manage Enterprise billing – Site Audit Pro

Site Audit Pro Enterprise uses one organisation subscription with a set number of Access Only seats.

Enterprise organisation seats are purchased through the Enterprise Console and billed by Paddle. Apple App Store and Google Play billing apply only to personal subscriptions.

Each seat provides Site Audit Pro Cloud access for one user. The organisation owner uses one of the purchased seats. A seat does not transfer ownership of that user’s account, Projects or data to the organisation.

Minimum seat count

Enterprise plans start at two seats.

You cannot reduce the subscription below:

Two seats.

The number of seats currently assigned.

If you need fewer seats than are currently assigned, revoke the unused seats first.

Choose a billing cycle

When purchasing for the first time, the organisation owner chooses monthly or yearly billing.

All seats in the organisation use the same billing cycle. Monthly and yearly seats cannot be combined within one organisation.

Purchase seats through Paddle

Open Billing.

Choose the number of seats and billing cycle.

Review and accept the legal terms.

Select Continue to checkout.

Complete payment through Paddle.

For Enterprise Access Only seats purchased through the Enterprise Console, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, subscription billing, cancellations and refunds under the terms presented at checkout. See our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

The full total, including any applicable tax, is shown before payment.

Change the number of seats

Open Billing.

Use the seat controls to choose the new total.

Select Update seats.

Paddle prorates seat changes immediately against the organisation’s existing billing period. The Console will not allow the total to go below two seats or below the number currently in use.

Manage payment details and invoices

Select Manage billing to open the Paddle customer portal. From there, the organisation owner can manage payment details and view billing information supplied by Paddle.
