Install Site Audit Pro Enterprise on iPhone and iPad
Install from the direct App Store link and complete first-launch setup on iPhone or iPad.
Site Audit Pro Enterprise for iPhone and iPad is installed from a direct App Store link provided by your organisation administrator.
It requires iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later. Using the app requires an authorised Site Audit Pro account with active Cloud access, normally provided by an Enterprise seat.
Install the app
- Open the Enterprise App Store link on your iPhone or iPad.
- Select Get and complete the normal App Store installation.
- Open Site Audit Pro Enterprise.
- Sign in with the email address assigned to your Enterprise seat.
- When prompted, respond to the Camera, Photos and Location permission requests. You can allow or deny each request, but you must make a choice before continuing.
If your account is new, set your password from the invitation email before signing in. If you already use Site Audit Pro Cloud, use your existing password.
Existing Site Audit Pro users
You can keep the standard Site Audit Pro app installed alongside the Enterprise app.
Sign in to the Enterprise app with the same account to access your existing Cloud Projects. Local Projects remain in the standard app installation and are not copied into the Enterprise app.
Do not remove the standard app if it contains Local Projects you still need.
If you cannot install or sign in
- Confirm that you are using the Enterprise App Store link supplied by your administrator.
- Confirm that your seat has been assigned to the email address you are using.
- Ask your administrator to check that the seat is active.
