Enterprise
Who owns Enterprise accounts, Projects and data?
How Access Only affects account ownership, Cloud Projects, Local Projects and access after seat removal.
Site Audit Pro Enterprise currently uses Access Only accounts.
The organisation pays for the user’s Cloud access. The user keeps ownership of their Site Audit Pro account, Projects and data.
What the organisation manages
The organisation can:
- Purchase seats.
- Assign a seat to a user.
- Revoke or restore a seat.
- See the user’s email address and seat status shown in the Enterprise Console.
The organisation does not receive ownership of the user’s account or Projects through an Access Only seat. The Enterprise Console does not provide access to Project contents.
Existing Cloud Projects
If a user already has a Site Audit Pro Cloud account, they should sign in with the same account when their Enterprise seat is assigned.
Their existing Cloud Projects remain attached to that account and can be accessed in the Enterprise app and the Web app while Cloud access is active.
Projects are not moved into a separate organisation account.
Local Projects
Local Projects are stored inside the standard Site Audit Pro app installation where they were created.
The Enterprise apps are Cloud-only, so Local Projects do not appear there. They are not transferred into Cloud or copied between the standard and Enterprise apps automatically.
Keep the standard app installed if it contains Local Projects you still need.
When a seat is removed
Removing a seat stops the organisation from funding that user’s Cloud access. It does not transfer the user’s account or Projects to the organisation.
If the user has another valid personal subscription, Cloud access continues under that subscription. Otherwise, Cloud access becomes inactive.
Removing a seat does not delete the user’s account or Projects, but the user needs valid Cloud access to use them again. See our Privacy Policy for information about retention and deletion.
Shared and organisation-owned Projects
Access Only does not include a shared organisation workspace or organisation-owned Projects. Each user continues to work within their own Site Audit Pro account.
