What is Site Audit Pro Enterprise?
An overview of Access Only Enterprise seats, Cloud access, supported platforms and account ownership.
Site Audit Pro Enterprise lets an organisation purchase Site Audit Pro Cloud access for its team and manage those seats in one place.
Enterprise currently uses Access Only seats. The organisation pays for each user’s Cloud access, while the individual user retains ownership of their Site Audit Pro account, Projects and data. The organisation does not acquire ownership of that data through an Access Only seat. See our Terms & Conditions.
What each Enterprise seat includes
- Site Audit Pro Cloud access on iOS, Android and the Web app.
- The ability to create, edit and sync Cloud Projects across supported devices.
- Access to the same Cloud account and Projects the user already has, provided they sign in with the same account.
- Central seat assignment and billing through the Enterprise Console.
Enterprise apps are Cloud-only
The Site Audit Pro Enterprise apps for iOS and Android show Cloud Projects and Settings. They do not include Local Projects.
Local Projects created in the standard Site Audit Pro app remain inside that app installation. They are not moved into Cloud or copied into the Enterprise app automatically.
Accounts and Project ownership
An Access Only seat funds the user’s Cloud access. It does not give the organisation ownership of the user’s account, Projects or data.
The organisation can assign or remove the seat. It cannot use the Enterprise Console to view the contents of the user’s Projects.
Shared organisation workspaces and organisation-owned Projects are not included in Access Only.
Personal subscriptions
A personal App Store or Google Play subscription can remain active while an Enterprise seat is assigned. The Enterprise seat provides Cloud access, but it does not cancel the personal subscription.
Only the user can manage or cancel their personal subscription.
